Very Poor customer service, They don’t know what they’re talking about with your policy. They just want the money. Why do I have an agent there if they don’t know what the agentin? Cancelled a vehicle off my policy Policy dropped $211 But I only get a refund of $80 make it make sense I get that I used some of it, but it cost $350 For just that one, but when I cancelled and the whole policy drop that $211 But you only get a refund of $80 Make it make sense
Our experience with the Thomas Agency has been excellent. The management and staff took the time to explain our Allstate policies in detail and have been there for us when we had questions or needed clarifications. A great experience all around!
