Recommendedi like it there is one ore thing i like about it though
I have been a member for years and enjoy coming. The only real issue is there is not enough handicapped parking spaces. People who aren’t handicapped use the the 3 spaces that are available and it’s allowed.
My Brother and Nephew could of died due to a chlorine leak. I won't take my kids here.
The people issuing pool passes at the civic center were EXTREMELY rude to my friend who went to buy resident passes for herself and her 3 kids. She was denied. She's bought passes in the past since she lives right on the border of Merriam and Shawnee and her dl states Shawnee. Absolutely Ridiculous treatment.
I love the Shawnee pool very much I think it's a lot of fun. The lazy river is really fun to go around with the water.
