Really unhappy with the fact that they make you come in for a follow up on a yearly CT scan when it’s completely normal, just to have them tell you that it was normal. The PA saw me literally 30 seconds, and that was it. Makes no sense to me. I ended up speaking with the office manager regarding this policy and she only stated that they do this in case patients have questions or concerns but if I have questions, I could just call the office and ask for an appointment so that really didn’t make sense to me. With all the problems I have they canceled my appointment, that I was at, because one of my symptoms from one of my problems started acting up and they believed I was sick, so they sent me home and discharged me from company because I didn't say yessa master. Poor excuse for health care, they privately owned and think they can do what they want. I believe also they don't like blacks, haven't been here since new year begun. God my doctor, and he don't play, he will have no clients
I live Dr Paulison, Dr Shuster and i don’t mesh well. I for the most part am very pleased here, however there is this one employee who just needs an attitude adjustment. She oozes she is sure she is better tha down her nose at you. Could be just me? And this has happened many times. Spouts medical instructions like she is a Dr and in control.
