Our family hired Mr.Dougherty for a family matter. Unprofessional, unconcerned, couldn’t keep track of our information, couldn’t remember our names, was very hard to get a hold of, disappeared for weeks at a time, wasted a lot of paid time talking about himself, never returned all of our legal documents and left us hanging with no resolution to our case. We had to leave 4 messages and send 3 emails to even get a response. He simply dumped our case because he said he “thought it was over” then tried to charge us over $3k more... read more
