I called the office on September 6 to cancel my appointment and all future appointments as I started a new job and my new insurance doesn't start until November 6. I called back yesterday to see if they covered Principal and was told that insurance is not covered. I once again explained my new insurance doesn't begin until next month. I was then told I missed my daughter's appointment and I really needed to get her in right away and I'll be charged for a missed appointment.
