Dr. Brandon gets 5 rotating stars from me! What I admire most about his approach with patients is that he listens, cares, and takes the time to explain all the options. For me, surgery became the best option to repair my partial rotator cuff tear, after nonsurgical strategies hadn’t alleviated my pain. Every step of the way, he took the time to answer my questions. Doctor Brandon seems knowledgeable & experienced. Called to alert POA of needing paperwork filled out (for prior approval) to get an injection of Monovisc (hyaluronic acid) in shoulder. Went to voicemail & no one has called back in 3 days. Not very professional. Also would like a copy of the x-rays of my left shoulder. Requested that too & got no reply. Hopefully we can get this resolved. J.Serano
