Merritt was professional, highly responsive, and took great care of us! He hired the right guys for every aspect of the job from blueprints to construction. Thanks for everything, Merritt! Two years after the installation, I noticed a lot of leakage in the lanai roof. Merritt's guys took care of it, even though we were past the warranty and the leak was no fault of their craftsmanship.
