Lori is the best she has helped my 2 year old out tremendously. Extremely organized and on top of it all! Not only has she helped him but she tries to make things less overwhelming for me whenever there’s any meeting, any Dr. appointments, anything new going on etc. Very knowledgeable she certainly knows what she’s doing and you can tell her kiddos are her top priority. Any child who has her in their lives is very lucky. Thank you Lori
I do not recommend Thom Springfield. The early intervention therapists are relatively unskilled/inexperienced and did not know what to do. The therapy sessions were not structured or organized. They were not very hands on and mainly they would just end up playing with my sons toys rather than focusing on a particular skill for his therapy. Missed sessions were not rescheduled. On top of that, the management did not plan for staffing gaps for staff maternity etc. and it was very disappointing on how they handle it all. Rather... read more
