Excellent, professional staff who really care about the kids!
These people are incredible. They truly care about the children they work with and give every ounce of their energy to see them succeed and support parents with advice for at home interventions tailored to your child’s specific needs. The staff have been caring and gentle with my infant and they have offered really good advice and next steps for us to work on. Im really pleased with Katy and the rest of the team that I have interacted with so far. My child has a few things going on and they are organized in terms of their clinical approach and planning. He has made significant progress because of their guidance.
There is a lack of communication and professionalism at this location. Training needs to be provided regarding providing flags for diagnosis as well as more concern over how sessions are implicated.
