I worked with the Thom Filicia design firm as a subcontractor. We provided them with great service and a quality product, while remaining very patient with many delays and numerous change orders. There were so many changes made, that in the end, we found that there was a clerical error and they owed us an additional $500 on their order. I emailed them and called them MANY times.
