my mom called and the scheduler was very rude to her. If it had of been me I never would have had the guy come out. The guy shows up today, had a complete attitude, told my father what HE thought should be done, had zero interest in being here, and left. My mother received a house loan and has 20thousand ro work with. After today someone else will get the job. I can not believe how you people handle customers.
