I had a great experience with Dolf. He answered all of my questions. Dolf has a wealth of knowledge. He had his team come in and complete the necessary repairs, the clean up, and he generated numerous offers. I highly recommend him as a realtor. Flanders Street isn’t just a property - it’s a full-scale experience in Granada Hills! As my Realtor, Tholfaqar Al Emara - Dolf provided hands on support, knowledge and integrity. His day starts at 6:00 a.m. Dolf always answers the phone by the second ring. When the bank called to tell me the wired money had gone back to escrow because it was in a Trust and the bank account was only in my name.
