Staff was excellent. Felt welcomed and treated with respect.
It’s not good a all my mother appointment at 9:15 pm no one was there and they don’t answer phone
I arrived a few minutes early and was directed to a lovely room with a large private bathroom. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I was awakened halfway through my test and a CPap was applied. I slept soundly until awakened by the technician. All in all, this was not an unpleasant experience.
I had a sleep study in the Southington Sleep Disorder Center last month. In my opinion, this is the worst place to have a sleep study. When I arrived for the study, I found the rooms to be warm and uncomfortable. When I asked the technician to turn on the air conditioner, he mentioned that it was broken and that by turning it on the rooms would become freezing cold.
