I’ve had insurance with THN for over a year. The lady who signed me up for insurance when I first got it was great. Was in and out no problem. This time there was a different lady when I came in to remove a car & add one with full coverage & I was pretty much put off. As soon as I walked in, she gave me a very contemptuous look.
