Visited the Toronto Head & Neck Click for a life-long major hearing loss in my right ear. I was seen by Dr Irvine who assessed my condition overall going through my long history and evaluated my status after my hearing test which confirmed my condition. I took my 94 year-old mother for a hearing test with Dr. Chris, and I must say that both he and Denise were the most patient, kind, caring people. After a couple of tests and some cleaning out of her ears, we purchased the hearing aids today that Chris recommended. His mannerisms with my mom as well as teaching us how to put the hearing aids in properly and how to care for them was nothing short of respectful and kind. Audiologist Chris Nguyen has been extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable fitting both myself and my father with hearing aids. His professional manner, quick responses to questions made our experience easy and painless. The price for the hearing aids was also far less than quotes from other places. I highly recommend Chris.
Chris is a very dedicated and passionate I Audiologist. I have been a patient at THN for many years and Chris is always available in an emergency and I can always count on his expertise and knowledge. I would highly recommend this hearing clinic.
