They say you should ignore the one-star reviews because they're usually written by nutcases with an axe to grind, and that's the only reason I've given this shop two stars, ie so you'll read this. The people in the shop are very nice, I'll give them that. And the towel rails were pretty. But they will happily supply you with taps that do not in any way fulfil your requirement. Despite what you tell them, they will make assumptions about what you need, and when the taps arrive and cannot be installed because they're the wrong... read more
