I went in this shop today to buy some tap washers The gentleman in there serving was so rude and unhelpful it was quite unbelievable. I will never ever buy anything in this shop again.
Amazing shop with very friendly and super knowledgeable service. Even helped me get my lovely new toilet in my car - absolute gem of a place.

THL has to be the friendliest, and most helpful plumbers supply in north London. I visited just before closing time today and was greeted by someone I thought was a secretary. I asked where I could find someone to help me with a spare part, the lady said can I help, so I asked my question and was told immediately what the problem was, and I didn't even need to buy a spare washer !
