Buyer Beware is NOT something I would have expected I would be saying. Very poor sales/customer support! Their communication is unclear and confuses the process. This resulted me in making a purchase I never should have made. I received the products, immidietely realized it wasn't what I was expecting, and contacted them for a return. After showing them their own Return Policy and where this situation fits, they refused to make any sort of accommodations, even given all the documented communication issues. Horrible place to work! It is all favoritism at this place. If the supervisor in the pick/pack department (Sergio) does not like you for whatever reason he will have you fired unfairly!! Be warned if you are not sociable and not open to being apart of the 'clique' environment, you will be axed with no warning.
