Had previously visited their Ivine shop to purchase a Rollator for my dad, due to his limited mobility. So I had no hesitation going back to look for a assistance chair for him. Gail was so helpful and spent a lot of time to make sure my dad got the perfect chair. In fact she ended up getting 2 sales, as my mum decided to get one for herself.
