Their work looks good that’s why I gave them 2 stars. As for coustumer service I can’t say much. Took me about 1 month if not more to get quote on an arrangement and that was because I resent the emails to remind them.
Thistle Floral Design did an AMAZING job on my wedding flowers! Every last detail was done to perfection. I had a vision of what I wanted, and Thistle Floral made it come to life. If want things done right, go with Thistle.
Jan's arrangements are gorgeous. I was able to get some flowers for my wife at the pop-up flower stand in the Square in 2018 for valentine's day. I don't know if I've just missed the announcement of other pop-up flower stands around holidays or if this really was the last one. I'd love to see more of these =) Going to follow them on Instagram so maybe I won't miss future announcements
