7 months from the time the contract was accepted to the time it was completed. Mistake upon mistake upon delays. The communication was appalling. No reason for the mistakes were ever given. Just some eventual texts about not having stock, even though she said the stock had arrived. In the end I agreed to a different shade, which should have been offered to me a lot earlier. I would say find somewhere else to go. Aanette's communication skills are absolutely atrocious, always had to chase her up on everything. Discussed at depth on how we wanted some curtains installed and on the day they were made completely the opposite. Stay away people
