This and That Property Service did an excellent job on our backyard landscaping. We needed trees and bushes to meet our HOA requirement and we wanted a concrete path poured for easy access between the front and back of the house. The reason we went with Steve and team was because how easy it was to trust their level of work. Steve was quick to communicate and quick to pivot for new ideas. I would recommend any landscaping renovation to This and That Property Services.

Steve and team did an amazing job on our backyard. He was one of the few to provide some high level design of the proposal up front and focused on making sure that everything was up to par as the project was going on. We went from having a backyard that was un-usable to a fun, well laid out, and easy to maintain one! I would highly recommend This and That, you will not be disappointed with the work they perform!
