Food is good. Customer service is terrible. Multiple times and I mean multiple times have ordered pickup and to go orders and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Placed pick up order at 6pm arrive when it says supposed to be ready at 6:45 lady at register looks and ticket is still sitting on printer. Sat on phone to cancel order until about 7:10pm and still nothing has been done to order.
