My experience at This Is It was definitely better than what I’ve had at the Fayetteville location. The food here tasted fresher and was seasoned just right. I had the usual—smothered pork chops with mac and cheese, yams, and cornbread—and everything came out hot and flavorful. I love This Is It, I’m satisfied every time I come. I consider the food authentic soul food and it’s delicious.
Went here to eat 2 weeks ago.The server broke a Glass on the table.When I told him it was in my food and plate,he reached in my plate, removed the broken glass from my food and I was shocked he expected me to eat it.I requested a fresh plate of food.He came back with another plate of food.I took one bite of the vegetables and chewed on several shredded pieces of glass.When I talked to the manager about this,his response was we won't charge you for the food.He then refused to give me a receipt so I could leave since my family... read more
