MY HAIR HAS BEEN FALLING OUT IN CLUMPS since my visit to this salon!!! I went in for a shampoo and blowout for my 100% natural hair, and since then, my hair has been falling out in clumps, my scalp is irritated, and it’s extremely itchy!!! They used chemicals that altered my curl pattern, leaving parts of my hair straight!!! I'm still experiencing significant hair loss every time I comb or wash it!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I've been going to this salon for almost 10 years. All the stylists are amazing! I trust everyone to do an excellent job cutting, coloring, and styling my hair. Additionally, they have the most talented nail technician there. You can show her any nail inspiration photo, and she can do it. I LOVE this salon, and I recommend it to everyone!

I hate to write this review but it would be a disservice to my natural girlie's if I didn't. I went to this salon 2 weeks ago for a wash, set, deep conditioner and trim. The next day my hair started shedding like crazy. After 3 days it started breaking at the root in the crown area. I quickly washed and deep conditioned my hair. I was shocked to see that my 4b/4c coily hair was straight as if a texturing or relaxer had been applied. I washed my hair again today and still have slightly curly hair. My tight coils are gone. They did not get 5 stars because waiting time was longer than I expected. Employee had an emergency,she left without letting me know. Outcome was great. I am looking 10 years younger because a new hair style.
