Mike’s energy audit of our house went way beyond our expectations.He used high tech equipment to look at everything and everywhere. His report prioritized opportunities for us to improve efficiency. We followed up by having him change our furnace filter to two two inch filters. He was professional in his work that was high quality. It was difficult getting an exact schedule for the filter work, but when done, it was done right.
I have used This Efficient House for 2 projects. Most recently for drill and fill cellulose insulation of my walls (applied from the interior, which is a challenging application). The results were great with a noticeable increase in comfort, reduced drafts, and less cycling of the furnace. The house is also quieter.
