I don't live here and never would but I have friends here that I visit often. This is a very rundown park and it seems to get worse every time I visit. Most of the trailers are older and not very well cared for with the exception of a few. It's the tenants responsible with the upkeep but shouldn't the owner have a responsibility in the condition and the upkeep of the properties grounds? Nice quiet mobile home parks. It is 55+ lot rent is low compared to all other places. After being here over a yr now I do not have the same feeling I did before. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The well water here is horrible all year long. The manager, I have never met or even know what he looks like. When I purchased this home it was a private party sale which I was not aware of. I thought the person I bought the trailer from worked for the park. Turns out not. I been living at 3020 estates for almost 9 - Years now . I met a lot of nice people there . A lot of people like it there because it's been kind of a life saver for many people living there . Mostly because of financial reasons and low rent , or affordable housing .
