The HOA is composed of very nice people. However, the management company is absolutely atrocious and the building's plumbing system is falling apart. I feel bad for the residents and board who seem to lack the back bone to get rid of them. Look up the yelp reviews for CondoServices for a better picture. Expect any issue to take more than a year to resolve even simple plumbing issues.
