Lived here 3 years and it’s nice, maintenance is fast to come fix things. Only issue is the stairwells are a bit dirty with bugs, dirt and trash. I will pick up the trash even when it’s not mine because no one else does. It has become a bit embarrassing since my guests mention it and say it’s gross.
Hartman Lakes has a lovely park like campus with lakes & fountains, walking paths, & LOTS of birds. The apartments are nice with a modern appearance. The grounds are kept up well. I enjoyed watching people walk their dogs & seeing them play in the dog park. I always felt safe here & maintenance issues were addressed quickly. I withdrew 1 star because of the noise level. This is a serene and beautiful place to stay. I have not encountered any issues here.
Thirteen01 at Hartman Lakes has, by far, been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. It’s quiet, clean and the maintenance staff is incredible. I love it and would refer anyone I know to rent here!!
