Hartman Lakes has a lovely park like campus with lakes & fountains, walking paths, & LOTS of birds. The apartments are nice with a modern appearance. The grounds are kept up well. I enjoyed watching people walk their dogs & seeing them play in the dog park. I always felt safe here & maintenance issues were addressed quickly. I withdrew 1 star because of the noise level. I’ve Been Living At Hartman Lakes For A Year & 1/2 Everything was going pretty smooth till the whoever the property manger is NAMED JOEY BISHOP . He Is Very Inconsiderate Very Rude & Worry About Things That Has NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM OR HARTMANLAKES ! Now Yes The places Are Nice But Lord Forbid You Go Through A Situation They Ready To Put You Out Almost IMMEDIATELY! I’ve lived at 1301 Hartman Lakes for some time and really enjoyed the community in the beginning. It was peaceful, well-maintained, and felt like home. However, since the change in management, things have felt different. There’s been more noise and communication hasn’t been as clear as before. I’ve also experienced some restrictions on amenities like the pool and gym, which was disappointing since I always pay rent on time and follow the rules. Lived here 3 years and it’s nice, maintenance is fast to come fix things. Only issue is the stairwells are a bit dirty with bugs, dirt and trash. I will pick up the trash even when it’s not mine because no one else does. It has become a bit embarrassing since my guests mention it and say it’s gross.
