I’ve lived here for 2.5 years on the 3rd floor and I really like it. The management is quick to fix things (dryer, gutter, garage door, lighting). These apartments have double thick drywall to reduce noise. I rarely hear anyone else, but like every apartment you always want to live on the top floor.
I moved in here 4 months ago with a roommate from the military . They’re 10 mins from Scott AFB. Rose and Jillian are great! Helped me and my roommate with info over the area. It’s next to all shopping and grocery stores . Great area and maintenance guy named Rob was quick to our request. Great place to stay .
I love living here. Rose is a great property manage and always on top of things.
I just moved on property 3 months ago. I waited to see how it was before reviewing but it’s been nothing short of wonderful. Jillian first greeted me when I walked into the office and the tour went well. Rosemarie checked on me weeks after moving in. The property is beautiful. Maintenance is always on top of everything. One of maintenance named Greg, helped shoveled the snow off my car. And during the heavy snow storm they had snow removed the next day. But the apartments are lovely!
