Our company recently moved into a new building where Thirst First is located a few businesses away. After connecting with them, they offered us a free trial to test their coffee machine and products. Unfortunately, from the beginning, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Thirst First has been a great company to work with but the best part is Niki. Niki is so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about what she does. She is always missed when another technician comes to our office.
Thirst first provides a great service to our company. One of the couriers, Niki, is cheerful and polite, willing to answer my questions.

Our accounting firm switched our water and coffee services to Thirst First just within the last 6 months and it has been such a positive change. Nikki visits us every week to deliver our orders and maintain our machines and she is always so friendly and quick to help / answer any questions that come up.
