The Doctors here are top notch. Very informed and caring. What lets this practice down is the appalling Reception/admin people. I’ve had many mistakes made by them that have ended up inconveniencing me - often giving incorrect information and getting it wrong and they have a very abrupt, unapproachable and unfriendly vibe. It just about puts me off coming here but I persist as I appreciate the medical practitioners. Seriously unhelpful and off putting.

Thank you to everyone at GP Thirroul Medical Centre, the very kind and courteous staff and Dr I see the highly excellent and professional, Dr Majid Najafi Zaini, who always listens to me without feeling rushed and is always careful and precise. It is comforting to me to know that my health is being managed by such a competent doctor.
A good medical centre - a pity they are closed on the weekend and don't understand some people have to work during the week. I would definitely recommend this medical centre, as I had a VERY bad experience with the new one at the railway station. These doctors are really caring and professional.
