I lost my baby because the older vet wasn’t thorough enough. The younger vet had told us that my Bull Mastiff had a mass tumour behind some fluid. When we went back to have it checked and to book in for surgery to remove it, the older vet said it was just fluid left over from his previous operation and there wasn’t a mass. He should have examined him more thoroughly and at least spoken with the younger vet who first saw us, just to double-check. Now my baby is gone — and he passed in a terrible way he didn’t deserve. Male Veterinarian Is Rude, Condescending & needs to Not Be An Arrogant Tool towards Young Ladies. Take your Animal & Money elsewhere, where there is Quality Service & you won't be spoken to like you're an idiot.
Friendly, welcoming and non-judgemental staff + the most reasonably priced vet I have ever come across + the vet will always talk you through all of your options and will never pressure you into a decision. Across both the Thirlmere and the Tahmoor clinics, we have had nothing but great experiences.
Fantastic caring staff
The older man was so extremely informative and thorough with my cats checkup today. Thank you so much for making my anxious baby, Diablo, feel as comfortable as possible. Everything was explained in amazing detail, the vet was so incredibly well knowledged and considerate. Also funny! Great experience, and so happy to have him in your care.
