Great Doctors let down by Receptionist. Extremely disappointed about unprovoked, irrational, verbal abuse from red head receptionist. Been a patient for years. Doctor Carburys the best. I recommend him all time. Because he's been my doctor so long and am very grateful to have such a great doctor, I have let her very poor behaviour slide on several occasions in the past without complaint. This practice has been our go-to since moving back to the area. With 3 kids under 6yo, my Fiance always has her hands full, let alone with one of them being unwell. We have found the receptionists and doctors here to be very approachable and helping with anything we’ve needed. Especially the lovely young lady Laura (red head)… She has gone above and beyond at times to ensure my children have been looked after and in turn, has made things easier for my Fiance. Extremely disappointed about unprovoked, irrational, verbal abuse from red head receptionist. L.... Been a patient for years. Doctor Carburys the best. I recommend him all time. I've been a patient at Thirlmere Medical Practice for many years, but have visited more frequently over the past few years due to my pregnancy and to have my daughter immunised. The doctors are quite good, but the wait times are absurd. I usually wait at least 30 minutes (and sometimes even an hour) to see the doctor. Last month I waited 50 minutes with a teething cranky toddler. I made an appointment for 12pm on Wednesday 9 October as my toddler was not well.
