Visitor Attraction | Accommodation | Events Venue Our daily public tours have now ended for the season and the castle grounds are closed. However, private guided tours can be arranged for individuals and groups at any time of the year – please contact the office to arrange. Daily public tours will start again in May 2023. The Castle accommodation is open as always!

Went on the tour, very interesting, then had afternoon tea, so tasty, - both were excellent! Thoroughly recommended.
Excellent all round, superb wedding venue speaking as a Professional Toastmaster!! Offers super surroundings for that special Bridal photo. Recommended.
Breath taking casle with fastening history we loved the place high le recommend a visit also are gide was a lovely lady with lots of interesting facts And the best part was we got tea and coffee at the end of the tour Which truly added to the experience of feeling like a king
