I arrived at 4pm for 4:15 appointment. Front desk people were rude, didn’t even speak. Was taken back around 4:30. Dr. didn’t introduce herself or even speak. Her assistant was also rude. Only one lady in the place had any social skills, I think her name is Danni. The Dr. didn’t even know after glancing at paperwork why we were there. Dr. gave my dog his rabies shot and then just dismissed us. I was like we are here for an Anxiety issue. Staff is amazing. Very friendly and explain everything in detail. They take very good care of my sweet cat "chopper". I'm so thankful for each employee
The one doctor is great and Jennifer at the desk is lovely. There is another Dr here who is very rude. Constantly catch her shaking her head in disgust at people/ things. Prices are more reasonable so I guess people overlook it. Update: very nice people to work with.
