I arrived at 4pm for 4:15 appointment. Front desk people were rude, didn’t even speak. Was taken back around 4:30. Dr. didn’t introduce herself or even speak. Her assistant was also rude. Only one lady in the place had any social skills, I think her name is Danni. The Dr. didn’t even know after glancing at paperwork why we were there. Dr. gave my dog his rabies shot and then just dismissed us. I was like we are here for an Anxiety issue.
