Very professional company. Chloe showed us through one of Melbourne newest luxury building complex. She was extra polite, always answered my phone calls and responded to emails within minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience all the way through to signing up. Thanks very much Chloe and look forward to being a resident and enjoying the lifestyle and ammenities.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIRD STREET PROMISE THE WORLD AND DON'T DELIVER! PM Port Melbourne was promised to be a luxury building, with a 5 star hotel, restaurants and bar attached. There is no hotel, no restaurant, no bars, no gym. They promised to provide transport with shuttle buses and bikes - NOTHING, they also claimed a tram line would be built down to the building - FALSE. They doubled the body corporate fees. Our off the plan purchase was a master class in marketing and salesmanship. At the time we forked over a large sum of cash for our deposit, we were told it would be ready in 15 months. We were so ecstatic and eagerly watched every step in the process. I am a reasonable, patient and understanding person so completely get that there will be hiccups.
