Best gym in London!
Having been a member around 6 months I can recommend the PT session bundles. Sonny at Tower Bridge has been a brilliant coach for 20+ sessions so far. He has been really detailed and considered in taking me through a wide range of technical strength, conditioning and calisthenics methods. The improvements in fitness and resilience have been remarkable from Sonny’s guidance in the sessions and even cleared up a shoulder and knee injury with specific focus. Great facilities and equipment at all the Third Space gyms.
I had a personal training session with Zach Daniels last month. He took the time to understand my goals and tailored the workout to match my fitness level. The session was well-structured and motivating from start to finish. I really enjoyed it and it deserves a review!
One of the best experiences I’ve had in a gym recently! I dealt with a young gentleman called Owen Edmund’s who was so helpful, showing me around the club, so I knew exactly where to go, how to book onto classes and was just a lovely experience. Safe to say I signed up. The gym itself is stunning and the equipment is great. Can’t wait to start my journey!
