The monthly membership is already sky-high, but then they hit you with extra charges for things that should be included, like certain classes or towel service. Felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed.
The facilities are nice, but the staff act like they’re doing you a favor. I asked about membership details and got rushed, vague answers. At this price point, customer service should be outstanding, not indifferent.
Definitely buying again!
For the price, I expected a premium gym experience. Instead, the pool was packed, the machines were always taken, and the classes filled up instantly. It felt more like a crowded public gym than an exclusive club.
Undoubtedly charming!
