Phil Nolan is honestly second to none. From day one, he took the time to understand my goals and built a programme that fit my lifestyle while still pushing me every session. I cannot believe you removed the combat area from city. You didnt even leave one heavy bag. The gym already feels pretty small and has a lack of machine variety compared to the others. I swear if you remove any more combat areas from the other third spaces you are going to have to retrieve an entire smith machine from deep within ****************
I absolutely love third space and am super happy with my membership. This city location has great equipment and the pilates class was challenging which I loved! Georgia at the front desk was also super helpful helping me find my way - making the experience so lovely - can’t recommend enough!
A friend brought me along and I was super impressed! Especially by the customer service provided by Ramez who made us an awesome protein shake after our workout!
I really really recommend Third Space. The classes are fantastic with great enthusiastic trainers, the classes are very frequently scheduled, the facilities are really nice and feel luxurious. I started PT sessions with Emma one month ago and I’ve really been enjoying them. She pushes me hard, clearly has a lot of knowledge and inspires me with confidence so I feel safe lifting heavier and going harder.
