Went in for some ear gauge jewelry and was totally dissuaded when the sales persons nails had dirt CAKED underneath. I was trying to pick my jewelry but just thought about where the dirt came from the whole time. this is not an exaggeration as it was enough for me to leave a review as I left the store. I would never recommend this place for jewelry sales after this. The sales person had no idea how to use the gauge size chart or tool. Id steer clear of the jewelry. I bought 4 nose rings that were the more expensive ones and ALL 4 flaked and turned my piercing hole green. Cool shop other then that lots of unique items
Always got my puffco needs and wants Everytime I go in the staff is knowledgeable and when one of them doesn't know what I want they find the glass expert or whoever TF they are and they help me get replacement toppers and coils etc lovely incense and rock collection kinda some weird stuff in their too but that's expected it be third planet
Hate to give a poor review as my wife and I have always loved this store but after our last experience my wife is pretty upset. First off she went in to buy a few septum rings and while speaking with a girl at the jewelry counter she was asking questions regarding what kind of metal they are to which the staff member told her they are all either medical grade surgical steel or titanium.
