One of their employees accused my friend of stealing a product they don’t even sell. They were really rude and disrespectful, and then lied and said they sold an item they don’t.
Some dumb employee accused my friend of stealing a small needoh. we were looking at the big ones and she said they sell the small ones when they dont. she had an attitude for no reason. Mind you we were standing by the register the whole time. she didnt even check the cameras or anything and was mugging us for no reason. rude employees. they need to learn customer management! Her coworker had to apologize for her AFTER they checked the cameras and saw we didnt steal
Just a PSA to anyone wanting to go into this store with a bought product from another store, don’t. Accusing people of stealing an item you guys don’t even sell, then having an attitude and lying saying you do sell them. Fact checked, you don’t. Scheels is the ONLY store in the mall that sells the product we had. If you’re going to accuse someone of stealing, be sure to get your facts straight and know your stores products before hand. Went in for some ear gauge jewelry and was totally dissuaded when the sales persons nails had dirt CAKED underneath. I was trying to pick my jewelry but just thought about where the dirt came from the whole time. this is not an exaggeration as it was enough for me to leave a review as I left the store.
