Always got my puffco needs and wants Everytime I go in the staff is knowledgeable and when one of them doesn't know what I want they find the glass expert or whoever TF they are and they help me get replacement toppers and coils etc lovely incense and rock collection kinda some weird stuff in their too but that's expected it be third planet
Hate to give a poor review as my wife and I have always loved this store but after our last experience my wife is pretty upset. First off she went in to buy a few septum rings and while speaking with a girl at the jewelry counter she was asking questions regarding what kind of metal they are to which the staff member told her they are all either medical grade surgical steel or titanium. I stopped in with the purpose of buy some new nose studs and was able to find what I needed. It was nice to see that they had quite a large selection of body jewelry among other things. We haven't had a Third Planet in Topeka for years. I have been wanting to make it to another one for a while so it was nice to see that Wichita had one we could stop at while in town. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
This has been my favorite store for years, but please lose the Shein products. We were disappointed to look around today and find things with a 300% + markup and purchased off Shein and or similar sites. It also made us think nothing is legit so we did not feel comfortable purchasing anything, especially the blind boxes if the few we found were on Shein for $5 and being sold for $20-$30 here.
