Alan and his team are amazing! After having a metal roof put on, the roofing company didn't check or tell me that the hurricane straps weren't done right by the previous owner/company and wouldn't pass a wind mitigation survey. Heard about Alan and third nail from quite a few in the industry and he explained how they do things, the price and was so easy to work with.
