Management basically charged us for renovating the apartment after we moved out, which was ridiculous where maybe there was some maintenance and minor repairs! Why should we be responsible for putting down new floors for the apartment?
I didn't understand why the people that work here are so rude. They will just hang the phone up on you while you're in the middle of trying to ask, or explain something to them. It really really disrespectful and I wish someone would do something about it.
