Not sure if your driver was drunk or was road raging. They were driving erratically, stopping in the middle of the road without cause, brake checking, changing multiple lanes without signal. They were traveling on curlew road approximately 4:00, and traveled US 19 to Tampa road. If your technician acts like that on the road, it makes me wonder how they would act while working on my home. I hope you have cameras on that vehicle. It was a Transit work van.
They fit us in last minute after our AC stopped cooling. Robert was professional and fixed out A/C promptly. Great service, would recommend.
We are very pleased with the HVAC service which the technician from Third Generation provided. David quickly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning and completed the necessary repairs. He was on time, thorough, and very professional. I would recommend this company in the future.
I was sent here by my home warranty. The tech was lazy and didn't really help me or do anything except track dirt into my home. He said I needed to hire a plumber and spend $1,800. I don't know why they have pluming and AC on their van because he's clearly incompetent. I was able to fix the issue myself and I only spent $25.
Great customer service and support. Had a technician, Rafael come and do maintenance and check my AC unit and was very professional and helpful. Thank you Rafael for all of your help and making sure everything was great.
