Terrible service. Phone # disconnected.
Ryan, the owner is amazing to work with. He called me immediately and was here in two days to assess my problem. Found out I had to have a new system which I suspected. Knowing it was going to be hot over the weekend he came within three days of giving me the estimate and he was in and out within hours. Found other issues I needed fixed and is coming back to fix those as well. His helper and him were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Great and quick service!
Our AC went out and we quoted a few different places and what we quickly found was that Third Generation was by and far the most knowledgeable and provided the best value for the service. They got the job done very quickly and the new unit is working great! My pregnant wife and 5 dogs are now happy and cool again! Thanks again Ryan, Scott and the other tech who helped!
