Third Gen Service Center was a lifesaver. I had transmission issues with my foreign car and had issues finding a service center that would work on it. When I called 3rd Gen, they were professional, personable and showed they cared. I was able to get back on the road without going to the 'dealership' which i did not want to do. If you have an issue with your vehicle and are not sure where to take it for repairs or even preventative maintenance, I highly recommend you give 3rd Gen a call. Thanks 3rd Gen.
First time owner of a Volkswagen here. I was worried about my oil and took it in immediately to get checked they went over it checked for leaks or any other oil burning or leaking related issues and got me a fresh oil change (properly) to spec after finding it wasn't looking so well, and I will be sure to be back for future servicing on my vehicle. I feel that I was treated fairly and courteously. The problem (TPMS system) wasn’t overly complicated and was solved reasonably quickly. Based on this being my first time at Third Gen, I would return in the future.
Fast, reliable, easy to work with. Got my cars radiator fixed a lot faster than anticipated.
