Attempted to utilize their mortgage services to purchase a home for our family. The mortgage was through my husbands name but I was helping to provide the information and financials needed to move the process along while we worked outside of this banks hours. I have been a mostly online client of Third Federal for about 20 years but had two occasions in the past month to have to go into an actual branch. This is the branch to go to if you want to be ignored and left to sit (20 minutes the second time) with no recognition that you are even there (no "we'll be with you as soon as we can" or anything like that. This office and THIRD FEDERAL IN GENERAL is absolutely phenomenal. I was having terrible experiences with multiple lenders and third federal was my saving grace. Hind Benabdallah the branch manager and new trainee loan officer Reyne mason were outstanding. Always on the ball, absolutely wonderful communication, I cannot say enough amazing things about this branch and third federal as a whole.
