Went through them for my first home loan quite literally the biggest regret of my life. Jacklyn McMahon did not make my first home buying experience and easy one. Everything looked great until the day of closing and final walk through they would not work with myself and the seller with a minor issue that came up and made the whole process a mess, put out the seller in limbo for the weekend, while they went back and forth on what was needed. I had a frustrating experience at third federal savings and loan recently when I attempted to cash a check but I don’t have an account there. Despite the check being legitimate and properly signed, the teller refused to cash it, citing their strict policy. I understand the need for security, but it felt unreasonable, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. Avoid this bank at all costs! It is the most unprofessional and disorganized bank I have ever used. I made the mistake of thinking their low rates were something that would be great....Wrong! I would take an entire percentage increase to have never dealt with them in the first place. Heed my warning, after using them you will regret it.
