I have been a mostly online client of Third Federal for about 20 years but had two occasions in the past month to have to go into an actual branch. This is the branch to go to if you want to be ignored and left to sit (20 minutes the second time) with no recognition that you are even there (no "we'll be with you as soon as we can" or anything like that. This office and THIRD FEDERAL IN GENERAL is absolutely phenomenal. I was having terrible experiences with multiple lenders and third federal was my saving grace. Hind Benabdallah the branch manager and new trainee loan officer Reyne mason were outstanding. Always on the ball, absolutely wonderful communication, I cannot say enough amazing things about this branch and third federal as a whole. Went through them for my first home loan quite literally the biggest regret of my life. Jacklyn McMahon did not make my first home buying experience and easy one. Everything looked great until the day of closing and final walk through they would not work with myself and the seller with a minor issue that came up and made the whole process a mess, put out the seller in limbo for the weekend, while they went back and forth on what was needed.
