Frustrating and disappointing experience as first time home buyers. Communication was inconsistent and there were multiple mistakes throughout the process that added unnecessary stress. We expected better guidance and attention to detail from Third Federal and our loan officer, Scot, during such an important milestone.
Third Federal definitely came through on my closing! We closed on time and (although it took some tough conversations to get there) they ultimately made good on their lowest rate guarantee prior to closing. Good customer service and THE best mortgage product!!
