I got a letter pre approved for HELOC I filed an application and was told I don’t fit their criteRina. I called the underwriting dept. they told me why I was rejected. There should have been no reason why I was rejected i was misled by their letter. Very unfair and I don’t know if the institutio can be trusted. I would seek another bank
