I spent more than half an hour trying to do a password reset. I had to copy a 10 digit temporary password. This then led me to another screen which required the same 10 digit password. The robo voice is very hard to understand. It took me a couple of tries to get it right. I wasn’t expecting to have to reenter rhe password, so I had to repeat the process. Horrible bank!!! Call the local bank they tell you to call customer service who never answers phone!! Sit on hold for 30 mins and nothing. I have been to the local branch 3 times which is an hour drive to settle my deceased mothers accounts which I had death certificate order from judge etc and they keep denying it because of wording judge used!!! It’s a court order now they want me to bring a letter stating what I want to do with accounts!! I tell everyone to stay away from this bank they are crooked!!! Find another one.
