No follow up no follow through… Horrible communication . I mean I’m actually amazed that they run this business like this. On top of that they were supposed to wire $20,000 from my loan to my account and only wired $2000 because somebody “forgot a zero”. You would think Bill would be all over calling corporate and making sure that got fixed immediately. I have had nothing but a great experience with this bank. A real person answers the phone and they either answer your questions or find the answer to your question. They have been great to work with for the past 15 years for both savings and mortgages.
Worst bank ever! You speak with one person and get one story, speak with another and it’s the complete and total opposite. They are completely inept in customer service! They are devoid of any skills and incompetent in every way. NEVER use this bank!
