Kayla is amazing! She made me feel super comfortable for a first time brow lamination and tint. She is super knowledgeable and gave me options to think through and then paused during the service to ensure it was what I wanted. The salon gave such chill vibes and made me feel comfortable since it was my first time there. Came with Classpass just to try it out but will be back for regular appointments!
I’d recommend this spa to everyone. Also I want to add… at my appointment a few days ago I asked Kayla how training was going with her new hire, and she was explaining some of the challenges that can come with training appointments. She gave me an example of a how one of previous model appointments had gone with one of the estheticians. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to share something that made me feel uncomfortable. After something unexpected happened during my appointment, the owner initially comforted me, and I appreciated that in the moment. However, once everything settled down, I overheard the owner talking about me to another customer as if I wasn’t there. Kayla did a crazy good job on my brow lamination and Korean lash lift. The best ones I’ve ever had! The studio is cute, right near the lobby of the Camden hotels. They’re so even and full, I definitely will be coming bacj
