Since moving in last year, this building has had constant issues. The biggest problem has been the AC. Last summer we went weeks without air conditioning, and now it hasn’t worked for the past three months. My apartment has been sitting at around 75 degrees for weeks, which is extremely frustrating. The building has also had multiple power outages, and management roped off over half the parking lot without providing reasonable alternative parking for residents. This is the best apartment community ever! Everyone is incredibly kind and respectful. Clint is an incredible building manager, he works 24/7 to respond to residents needs and takes priority in having a clean and safe building. He is truly a great landlord and makes me feel incredibly safe and comfortable!
I've lived here for a little over 2 months. So far it has been amazing. The only complaint that I have is that some people do not clean up after their pets. However ,management has done what it can to improve this. They are very responsive. The building is on a boiler. Anyone who has had experience with older buildings knows that this can cause some temperature issues in the spring and fall. AC has been out for almost 2 months... my apartment has fluctuated between 75 and 82 degrees, and the windows don't open, it's like living in a greenhouse.
