I have lived here for a year now and have resigned my lease for another year. The property manager is attentive to residents needs. The apartments are beautiful with modern finishes. Security is top notch and the main reason I decided to move in to begin with. I know that I am safe here and that no one can reach me unless given access by me.
What I love about 3rd and Dayton is the community. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Especially Clint the manager, who will help you with just about anything you need. I also love that it's pet friendly.

I've been living at this complex for about five months now, and I have to say Clint Coleman is the best Property Manger around! He's very responsive to any issues that are arising concerning my apartment. He's the greatest at making sure his tenants are enjoying their homes at Third & Dayton! I would highly recommend living here, and it's totally within a modest value for anyone who needs to find an apartment under 1k!
Living here has been a great experience ! It's wonderful feeling safe and secure and not having to worry about where I live. Clint goes above and beyond to make sure any issues are resolved quickly. The other tenants that live here are as nice as they can be, I love it here and highly recommend it.
