Love the people and community here unfortunately the prices have gotten very out of hand at this point a place at the Marcum is cheaper and thats not even factoring in the payed laundry rooms and parking passes once its all said and done its pretty overpriced for what your getting space and convenience wise, but still a nice place if you arent as worried about that. 👉👉👉KEEP YOUR OWN RENT AND DEPOSIT RECORDS AND MAKE SURE TO HAVE DOCUMENTATION FOR EVERY BELMISH ON THE ROOM WHEN MOVING IN👈👈👈
I’ve lived at Third + Dayton for two months and it’s been great so far! The building is nice and quiet, maintenance is quick, and Clint the manager is awesome — super helpful and easy to work with. Really happy I moved here!

I have lived here for a year now and have resigned my lease for another year. The property manager is attentive to residents needs. The apartments are beautiful with modern finishes. Security is top notch and the main reason I decided to move in to begin with. I know that I am safe here and that no one can reach me unless given access by me.
